Bengals and Hendrickson Agree To One-Year Deal

The Bengals have rewarded defensive end Trey Hendrickson with a major raise for the upcoming season.

Cincinnati and Hendrickson agreed to a one-year, $14 million reworked deal following contract negotiations, which will push his total earnings to roughly $30 million for the 2025 season. The adjustment doesn’t add extra years to his contract but ensures he’s compensated as one of the league’s top pass rushers.

Since arriving in Cincinnati in 2021, Hendrickson has been a cornerstone of the defense. He’s earned two Pro Bowl nods and consistently ranks among the NFL’s sack leaders, helping fuel the Bengals’ playoff pushes in recent years.

The new deal reflects his value to a defense that will be central to Cincinnati’s hopes of returning to Super Bowl contention in 2025.
