STWF Sports | ARLINGTON, Texas | April 22, 2026 — The Dallas Wings continue to expand their footprint both on and off the court, unveiling a comprehensive 2026 broadcast and streaming schedule that reflects the franchise’s rising profile across the league.
For the second consecutive season, TEGNA-owned KFAA will serve as the exclusive local television partner, with the station set to air 24 games during the regular season. The continued partnership ensures consistent access for fans in the Dallas-Fort Worth area while anchoring a broader distribution strategy that has positioned the Wings among the WNBA’s most widely available teams.
The 2026 season also marks a new era in league-wide media coverage. The WNBA has added NBC, Peacock and USA Network to its national broadcast lineup, joining established partners such as ABC, ESPN, CBS, ION, Prime Video and NBA TV. Dallas is slated to feature prominently across the expanded platform, appearing on each of the league’s national networks throughout the season.
Dallas Wings: A Rising Force in Women’s Basketball
The Wings will open their campaign on a national stage, traveling to face the Indiana Fever on May 9 in a noon CT tipoff broadcast on ABC. The matchup underscores the league’s growing visibility and Dallas’ increasing presence in marquee time slots.
In total, the Wings will play seven games on traditional national broadcast networks, including three on CBS, two on NBC and two on ABC. ESPN will carry three additional contests, beginning with a July 7 road matchup against the New York Liberty.
One of the most notable additions to the media landscape is USA Network, which will air nine Wings games this season. Each of those contests will also be simulcast locally on KFAA, ensuring accessibility for the team’s core fan base. USA’s coverage begins May 20 when Dallas visits the Chicago Sky.
Streaming platforms will also play a significant role in the Wings’ schedule. Peacock is set to stream two Dallas games, starting with a May 18 home contest against the Washington Mystics, while Amazon Prime Video will carry six games, including the May 14 home matchup against the Minnesota Lynx.
ION will remain the league’s exclusive Friday night broadcast partner, with six Wings games scheduled for the network. Dallas makes its ION debut on May 22 against the Atlanta Dream. Meanwhile, NBA TV will air three Dallas contests, beginning with a June 25 road game against the Las Vegas Aces.
Beyond local and national coverage, the Wings’ broadcast reach continues to grow regionally. Through agreements with TEGNA, Gray Media and Corridor Television, Dallas games will be available free over the air in 12 markets, reaching approximately 6.3 million households. That expanded access places the Wings among the league leaders in both geographic reach and household availability.
The schedule also highlights key in-arena events, including the May 12 home opener at College Park Center against Atlanta, which will air exclusively on KFAA. Additionally, three marquee games will be moved to the American Airlines Center, including a July 12 contest against Chicago and an Aug. 7 matchup with the Golden State Valkyries.
The increased visibility comes at a time of heightened expectations for the franchise. Under new head coach Jose Fernandez, the Wings feature a dynamic roster that blends youth and experience. The arrival of back-to-back No. 1 overall picks Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd adds star power to a core led by All-Star guard Arike Ogunbowale and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Alanna Smith.
With season tickets already sold out for a third consecutive year, the Wings enter 2026 with momentum both on the court and in the marketplace. The expanded broadcast schedule ensures that momentum will be visible to a broader audience than ever before, reinforcing Dallas’ status as one of the league’s fastest-rising franchises.
