Dallas used a dominant second half to pull away from the Los Angeles Sparks for a 97-77 victory Thursday night in front of a sold-out crowd at College Park Center, completing a 3-0 season sweep of Los Angeles for the first time since 2021.
The Wings improved to 25-16, while the Sparks fell to 15-26.
After the teams entered halftime tied at 44, Dallas took control by outscoring Los Angeles 53-33 over the final 20 minutes.
Jessica Shepard delivered the most complete performance of the night, recording her WNBA-leading fifth triple-double of the season with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists. It was the sixth triple-double of Shepard’s career.
Paige Bueckers led Dallas in scoring for the 23rd time this season, finishing with a game-high 19 points.
The Wings displayed balance throughout the lineup, with six players reaching double figures. Maddy Siegrist scored 12 points, Arike Ogunbowale added 11, and Aziaha James contributed 10 off the bench.

In her Dallas debut, Kitija Laksa made an immediate impact with 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting.
Dallas also produced one of its strongest passing performances of the season, finishing with a season-high 31 assists. Haley Jones added a season-high four assists in only four minutes of action off the bench.
The Wings were equally disruptive defensively, setting another season high with 11 blocked shots. Awak Kuier accounted for six of them, marking her second game this season with at least six blocks.
The first half offered little separation.
Dallas opened the game with five straight points before Los Angeles answered, leading to a first quarter that featured eight lead changes and six ties. Bueckers was perfect from the floor in the opening period, going 5-for-5 and scoring 10 points as the teams finished the quarter tied at 25.
The pace slowed in the second quarter, and neither team found much offensive rhythm. Dallas committed six turnovers in the period, while Los Angeles turned it over only once. The Wings and Sparks each scored 19 points, sending the game into halftime tied at 44.
That changed after the break.
Dallas used a 7-2 run in the third quarter to create its first meaningful separation and closed the period on an 11-2 surge to take a 69-58 advantage.
Kuier anchored the defensive effort with three blocks in the quarter and also knocked down a three-pointer that helped extend the lead late in the period.
The Wings then broke the game open in the fourth.
Dallas made eight of its first nine field-goal attempts in the quarter and stretched the lead to 24 points at 89-65 with 4:33 remaining.
Shepard scored nine of her 13 points in the fourth to complete the triple-double, while Dallas assisted on 10 of its 12 made field goals in the period.
Overall, the Wings shot 50.7 percent from the field, compared with 37.2 percent for the Sparks. Dallas also controlled the glass 46-27, held a 48-38 advantage in points in the paint and outscored Los Angeles 20-11 in fast-break points.
Nneka Ogwumike led the Sparks with 18 points and seven rebounds.
Dallas will close its regular-season home schedule Saturday when it hosts the Phoenix Mercury at noon CT, with the game airing nationally on CBS.
